Tweaking in windows

It is familiar to all in case of windows. One favourite utility for previous version of windows is tweaking. Tweak VI lets you change the special folders and customize mouse behaviour. Some of the tweaks that are already in use are also much helpful. It is very useful too. I hope this topic will be very useful
